30 Day Challenge: Day 13

Breakfast:
Smoothie (1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 spoonfuls Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup lite chocolate soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1t chia seeds)

Snack:
1-1/2 cup grapes

Lunch:
Thomas' whole wheat English muffin
1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Apple

Snack:
Packet of Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter
1 slice Trader Joe's whole grain bread w/1T peanut butter
8oz milk
3/4 cup Kix cereal (guessing - E poured a bowl sans milk and shared with me)
1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel

Dinner:
2 slices Oatnut bread
4oz thin sliced turkey breast
1 slice baby swiss
1 pickle

Snack:
Trader Joe's trail mix
